Privacy Policy

THE SHORT VERSION

LAST UPDATED AUGUST 19, 2026

CFB Vibes is operated from 848 N Rainbow Blvd, Suite #4999, Las Vegas, NV 89107. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our sites. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the sites.

  • We collect the information you choose to submit through the newsletter signup: your email address and the topics you pick.
  • We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Our hosting and CDN providers process basic technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and timestamps so that we can operate and secure the sites.
  • No accounts, no ads. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage of the sites; see the cookies section below.
  • Your privacy rights depend on where you live; see the rights section below.

WHAT THIS POLICY COVERS

This policy applies to information collected through the sites. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to, such as prediction markets or news sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

WHAT WE COLLECT

  • Device and usage data (server and CDN logs). When you load a page, our infrastructure may log IP address (which can indicate approximate location), date and time, request URL, referrer URL, user agent, pages viewed, error codes, and performance metrics. These are standard, short-lived technical logs kept for security and operations.
  • Newsletter signup (only if you sign up). Your email address and the topics you choose are stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) so we can send the newsletter you asked for. We will not send anything until you confirm your subscription, and we never use the list for anything else. Unsubscribe or change topics any time at newsletter preferences or via the link in any email.
  • Approximate location (per visit, never stored). To suggest games near you, our edge provider derives a coarse location (country, region, city) from your IP address for the request. We never save it on our servers; your browser caches the suggestion for the session on your device.
  • Preferences on your device. Pinned teams, simulator state, and similar preferences live in your browser's local storage and never leave your device. See the Cookie Policy.
  • Usage analytics (Google Analytics). We use Google Analytics to measure aggregate usage: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this (listed in the Cookie Policy, along with how to block them). We use it for measurement only, never for advertising, and we do not send Google your email address or anything else you submit to us.
  • Aggregated or de-identified data. We may create aggregated statistics such as total page views or most visited pages. We take steps so this data cannot reasonably be linked to an identified person.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information above to:

  • Operate and deliver the sites and their content.
  • Protect the sites, including fraud and abuse detection, troubleshooting, and debugging.
  • Measure and improve performance and usability, such as page load times.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

For visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, our legal bases include legitimate interests (running a secure, useful website and security logging) and legal obligation (security and compliance). Where consent is required, such as for non-essential cookies and similar technologies, we will seek it first.

COOKIES & ON-DEVICE STORAGE

We use Google Analytics, which sets measurement cookies; we do not use advertising cookies or any other tracker. Preferences you set (pinned teams, simulator state) live in your browser's local storage and never leave your device. TheCookie Policy lists exactly what is stored, what Google Analytics sets, and how to block or clear all of it.

WHAT WE NEVER DO

  • We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, and we do not serve targeted advertising.
  • We do not use analytics for anything beyond aggregate measurement, and we do not run any tracker other than Google Analytics.
  • We do not require accounts or profiles.
  • We do not share your email with the sports-data or market-data providers that power our pages. Nothing personal flows to them at all.

WHEN WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose limited information to:

  • Service providers who host the sites, deliver content, or provide security. They act under confidentiality commitments and only for these services.
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Successors in a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. We will take steps to ensure the successor honors this policy.

DATA RETENTION

  • Server and CDN logs expire on our provider's standard short schedule unless we need them longer for investigations or law.
  • Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Unconfirmed signups are periodically purged.
  • Aggregated statistics may be kept longer because they cannot reasonably identify you.

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

SECURITY

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including TLS encryption in transit, least privilege access, and log minimization. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Your privacy rights depend on your location, but we extend the same treatment to everyone, resident or not: contact us to exercise applicable rights and we will show you, fix, or delete what we hold (for nearly everyone, that is at most a newsletter row). We may need to verify your request.

EEA, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR). You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, such as the newsletter subscription, you may withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing. You can also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

United States (for example CA, CO, CT, UT, VA). We collect identifiers such as IP address and internet or network activity such as pages viewed for the purposes above. We retain and disclose this data as explained in the disclosure and retention sections. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and do not process sensitive personal information. You may have rights to know or access, correct, delete, and opt out of sale or share (not applicable here). If you use a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as an opt out of sale or share. We will not deny services or provide different pricing for exercising your rights.

Other locations. We will honor applicable local rights. If you have questions, please reach out.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We are based in the United States and may use providers around the world. If your data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or comparable mechanisms and assess our providers' security practices.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The sites are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA or UK). If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can delete it.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

We host on Cloudflare (pages, storage, and email infrastructure). Google provides our usage analytics (Google Analytics), as described above. Sports statistics, odds, and prediction-market data come from third-party feeds that receive no personal data from us.

CALIFORNIA NOTICE AT COLLECTION

The categories defined by California law that apply here:

  • Identifiers (IP address, device identifiers). Collected automatically when you load pages; used for site operation and security; disclosed to hosting, CDN, and analytics providers.
  • Internet or network activity (pages viewed, referrer, timestamps, browser or OS). Collected automatically; used for site performance, usage measurement, and debugging; disclosed to hosting, CDN, and analytics providers.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and do not use or disclose sensitive personal information.
